Great session delivering Basic Life Support (BLS) training for the team at William Johnston & Company Limited πŸ‘

It was a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that has been manufacturing high-quality gaskets and sealing solutions for industry for nearly 70 years, supporting sectors such as utilities, engineering, construction, and heavy industry across the UK.

The main focus of this session was building confidence in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) ensuring staff feel prepared, capable, and ready to act when every second counts. Through practical scenarios and hands-on practice, the team developed confidence in recognising cardiac arrest, delivering effective CPR, and safely operating an AED as part of an early lifesaving response. β›‘οΈβš‘

It was great to see such strong engagement from the team, demonstrating a real commitment to workplace safety and looking after one another. Training like this doesn’t just teach skills, it builds confidence to step forward and act in an emergency.

Thank you to everyone at William Johnston & Company for your enthusiasm and dedication to creating a safer working environment!
