Relax Kids-Aberdeenshire-Sharon Speirs I support Children and Families with their Emotional Wellbeing. I offer 1-1 , group & family session

RELAX KIDS help children become more confident, caring & calm. We give them the tools to deal with the pressures of everyday life. This is achieved by using 7 Steps of Relaxation :- Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe & Relax. This helps to develop concentration, self esteem and confidence. It also helps to improve peer relationships and social skills. And most importantly, this can all be achieved while having FUN!!!

I'm always on the look out for craft ideas for Relax Kids groups. Here is something (X & O's) that costs very little as had loads of demim, collected stones at lossie beach, then decorated them. I think to turned out quite well. 😊
