Box-N-Fit BOX-N-FIT IS A KEEP FIT CLUB, THERE IS NO FIGHTING! IT IS A MIXED CLASS AND ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS ARE WELCOME.

AT BOX-N-FIT WE USE BOXING GLOVES AND PADS WITH VARIED PUNCHES,COMBINATIONS AND ROUTINES, ALSO USING THE USUAL EXERCISES ASSOCIATED WITH FITNESS AND CORE WORK.

Classes have been low lately so if you have ever thought about wanting to give it a try, now’s the time! Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the institute hall 7pm start! Only £5 pay as you go Classes.
Come join us in a fun filled pads and gloves session and a wee bit of core work at the end, great workout with good bunch of folk, all fitness levels welcome, don’t think that you won’t manage because you will!!! Nae excuses!!
A great way to meet people, get out of the house, blow off some steam!
Once you come along you’ll be “Hooked”!🥊🥊🥊
Just let me know and I’ll book you in, pads and gloves can be given if needed you just need to bring your motivation!
