Box-N-Fit BOX-N-FIT IS A KEEP FIT CLUB, THERE IS NO FIGHTING! IT IS A MIXED CLASS AND ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS ARE WELCOME.

AT BOX-N-FIT WE USE BOXING GLOVES AND PADS WITH VARIED PUNCHES,COMBINATIONS AND ROUTINES, ALSO USING THE USUAL EXERCISES ASSOCIATED WITH FITNESS AND CORE WORK.

Well! I absolutely enjoyed the class tonight!
Not going to lie, wasn’t feeling up for it and was a struggle to get myself there but really glad I done it and actually had a partner!
Really upped my mood now!
