As the sun has come out to play today please can we remind all parents that children have sun cream on today and if they are in all day please bring it to nursery for us to reapply ☀️☀️

Also please bring your child with a hat 🧢

Learning Inspiration Pebbles 🪨

The children had a busy week last week learning and exploring 'pebbles'.

In Pre-school the children maintained their focus in Maths. The children engaged in counting the pebbles and placing them on the corresponding number. Working together as a team, counting the numbers and displaying problem solving skills in working out how many more they required and how many pebbles they needed to take away.

Toddler room explored the sensory based tuff trays. Transporting, filling and emptying the sensory resources, building their hand-eye coordination and balancing skills.

Some of our children investigated the pebble art and created some lovely loose part patterns.

In baby room, the babies explored the mini beast tuff tray. Dropping the mini beasts in the water to create a splash!! 💦🪲

Ms Rachel visit!

We was so lucky to win a visit from Ms Rachel, the children (and staff) absolutely loved it! The smiles from the children absolutely melted us 💕

Thank you so much to SJ Productions, you were amazing and honestly made our children’s day 💕

💙💛 World Down Syndrome Day 💛💙

Yesterday we celebrated World Down Syndrome Day and an amazing little boy in our nursery! All the children and staff came to setting rocking their odd socks!

Everyone is different. That is what makes the world fun and beautiful 💙💛
