This international event in October is a must for all karate practitioners and club members. Not only is it an incredible opportunity to train, learn, and connect with the wider karate community, but it will also be held in honour of our beloved Sensei Casey, who sadly passed away earlier this year.
A truly special event and a fitting tribute to an unforgettable teacher and inspirational leader!

SSU Japan trip 2026!
Very few karate groups in the UK get the opportunity to train, grade and compete in Japan, along with plenty of sightseeing.
Members at IKC consider ourselves very lucky and privileged, plus we get the opportunity every two years!

For me, karate has always been about more than just training — it’s about giving something back to the local community.

It was a privilege to return to Addingham Primary School for a second time for their Sports Week and introduce many children to something new, helping build confidence, focus, and having lots of fun along the way. 👊🥋
