We recently spent a day with Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust planting saplings to create new woodlands in Nidderdale 🌱

Working alongside volunteers from Harrogate Spring Water, we collectively managed to plant 150 young trees then spent the afternoon carrying out some woodland management.

The team looks forward to our third year of partnership with YDMT as we continue to look after the spectacular Dales landscape! 💚

On Friday 27th March, some of our team got involved in The Big Bradford Clean Up with Participate projects 🌍

This encouraged staff to take one hour out of their working day to clean up the area surrounding their workplace - making a real impact on local streets, green spaces, and public areas.

Small acts can lead to big changes. Why not take an hour this week to make a difference in your local area? Every bit counts! 🚮

Earlier this month, our internal committees teamed up for our first Committee Alignment Day. 🤝

We brought together our Mental Health Champions, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDIB) Committee, Menopause Champions, and Giving Something Back Group to break down silos and build a unified 2026 calendar.

By sharing expertise and resources, our volunteers are making High Speed Training an even better place to work. It’s great to see people from across the business collectively working as a force for good - supporting both our colleagues and our local community.

On the 6th March, some of our team joined Participate projects to volunteer at Ilkley Youth Community Centre. 🖌️

We had a great day getting involved with various painting jobs, and look forward to more volunteers returning in a few weeks for a really exciting task!

We’re proud of how far we’ve come as a company, and even more excited about where we’re headed.

Our Learning Design team recently spent a day volunteering with FareShare Yorkshire in Leeds, a depot that redistributes surplus food across the region. The team helped to fill crates with food orders for frontline community groups, grouping orders according to their geographic destinations.

The day, which had really positive feedback from the team, provided a perfect opportunity to give back to the local community and strengthen their bond as a team.

We had a great evening at the Learning Awards 2026! 🎉

The Learning Awards recognises innovation and achievement in workplace learning, and we were delighted to make the shortlist for Learning Provider of the Year.

Our Head of Customer Support, Laura, said:
