Good news: Paragon Martial Arts is OPEN today!

Bad news: Walking from the car park may count as your warm-up. 😅

A few heatwave survival tips for training:

💧 Bring plenty of water
🚰 Start hydrating before class, not when you’re already resembling a raisin
👕 Wear light, comfortable training gear
🧊 Cool down properly after class
🤒 If you’re feeling dizzy or unwell, let an instructor know

Remember, earning a black belt takes years… becoming a puddle only takes about 10 minutes in this weather. 🌡️😂

Train at your own pace, drink plenty of water, and listen to your body.
