Saint John Houghton Catholic Voluntary Academy opened in January 1965 as The Blessed John Houghton Catholic School to provide a secondary Catholic education for children. We are an 11-16 comprehensive providing education for girls and boys of all abilities. All that we say and do reflects the Christian message. Today, we celebrate the achievements of our incredible Year 11 students 🌟

Headline figures show strong outcomes in English and Maths, with students exceeding last year's national average for achieving Grade 4 and above. 👏

⭐ Mathematics and Religious Education led the way, with an impressive number of students achieving the highest grades of 8 and 9.
