We are based in a purpose-built outdoor learning centre, surrounded by an abundance of dense wild woodland that includes a river, a heritage site, children’s wooden climbing area, a garden centre and a tea room. Not to mention our very own maze located next to our car park.
Here at Forest Feet Outdoor Nursery, we offer a unique childcare experience, one you won't find anywhere else in the north west, 😳YES WE SAID IT LOUD AND PROUD WITH CONFIDENCE😆 🙌🏽where children are allowed to be children, where roaming barefoot in the woodland and learning to identify our local wildlife is a daily occurrence, where the Forest school ethos meets the Montessori approach. Children spend around 80% outside and 20% inside. and 100% outside during the summer term. 🌞 Our indoor building/cabin doors are left open throughout the day to encourage free flow of both indoor and outdoor environments. Although the children choose outside every time 😄🌲

❓Can my child attend if we live in a different area/borough? YES ABSOLUTELY, WE HAVE FAMILIES TRAVEL FROM FAR AND WIDE.
❓Do you offer childcare funded places? YES PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU REQUIRE SUPPORT WITH APPLYING FOR YOUR CHILDCARE FUNDED HOURS.
❓Will you prepare my child for school readiness? YES WE HAVE EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED TEACHERS ON OUR TEAM THAT WILL PREPARE YOUR CHILD FOR BIG SCHOOL.
❓I would like to homeschool my child but I want them to attend a forest school setting, do you accept homeschooled children? YES 100% WE BELIEVE OUR OUTDOOR NURSERY CAN ENRICH AND INSPIRE THE BEGINNING OF ANY CHILDS HOMESCHOOLING JOURNEY.
