1 hour Mini Group Session (2-4 people) - £15.00/person

🥊 11 YEARS AGO… A MOMENT I’LL NEVER FORGET 🇨🇳🔥🇭🇺
Just received some incredible footage from a good friend in China, and it brought back some very special memories.
11 years ago, I had the massive opportunity to step into the ring with K-1 superstar Yi Long. 🐉🥊
He was in his prime at the time and, of course, fighting in a slightly heavier weight class than me. Not long after our fight, he went on to face Buakaw Banchamek and came away with the victory.
For me, sharing the ring with a fighter of that level was an incredible honour. These are the moments you carry with you for the rest of your life — the challenges, the atmosphere, the adrenaline, and most importantly, the memories. ❤️
Looking back 11 years later, I'm still grateful for the opportunity and for everyone who was part of that journey.
