It is with a heavy heart that Huntingdonshire Music School has had to make the very difficult decision to stop offering individual instrumental lessons from September 2021. Al students should have received an e-mail about this, please contact us if you have any questions.
We are looking at the possibility of continuing with some ensembles - so watch this space!
To all current members who usually attend Hinchingbrooke on a Saturday morning, we have sent out a questionnaire about returning in September please look out for it and respond so that we can plan. Please let us know if you don't receive it.

Spring term finishes today!
It is a sad day as we are saying goodbye to Nadine our violin tutor and her musical family! They are moving on to pastures new.
Their parting gift to HuMS can be seen in the photo!
All at HuMS wish them well for the future.

*MEET THE TEACHER* 🎶
Hi, I’m John Paelmagno. I am from the Philippines and I grew up in a family of musicians. I have been teaching guitar on and off for over 20 years now. I have also played in different bands that played various music genres, from pop, rock, jazz to metal. But now that I’m living here in England with my family, I can only do teaching guitar as my music outlet, having to juggle a day job and kids as well. But it’s still all good fun!
And also, I am a Registered Guitar Tutor, so you know that you’re safe with me during the lessons. Here’s a clip of me doing some improv!
Better Days Solo Guitar Improv. ( cover by JP) This song is called "Better Days" by Dianne Reeves.I have always liked the chord changes and the overall dynamics of this song. It also reminds me of my home...
