🦋 Butterfly Education & Awareness Day 🦋
Our children are beginning their exciting journey to learn all about the life cycle of a butterfly! From tiny caterpillars to beautiful butterflies, we’ll be exploring each stage together.
To make this learning experience even more special, we have recently welcomed some caterpillars into our setting! 🐛💚 The children are already fascinated, and this hands-on experience will help bring their learning to life.
We can’t wait to watch them grow and change, and we’ll be sharing updates along the way—so keep an eye out for more of their transformation!

🌿 Learning Through Play 🐾
Our tuff tray activities supported fine motor skills, hand–eye coordination, and imaginative play as children fed the animals, building empathy and confidence.
The woodland tray helped children learn about where animals live, recognise them, and develop their vocabulary.

🐝💛 Happy World Bee Day! 💛🐝
Today we’re learning all about bees and why they’re so important to our world. From making honey to helping flowers grow, bees do an amazing job! 🌼🍯

👩🏽‍🚒👩‍⚕️🦷🪥👷‍♂️ PEOPLE WHO CARE AND HELP US 👷‍♂️🪥🦷👩‍⚕️👩🏽‍🚒
The children had lots of fun this week exploring jobs that help and care for us, including doctors, nurses, dentists, builders, and firefighters. 🏡💙
They enjoyed dressing up and role-playing—taking temperatures, giving injections, and using plenty of bandages! 😁
During circle time, we talked about visiting the dentist and how we look after our teeth. The children also loved brushing some “dirty” teeth clean in our fun activity. 🦷🪥✨

☕🧁 Welcome to RAFAKidz Wyton Café! 🧁☕
Situated in our Toddler Room, the children were delighted to explore our brand‑new café role‑play area. We added lots of baking items so the children could bake their own cakes, along with different types of tea, coffee, and plenty of yummy biscuits 😉
The children did a fantastic job remembering to wear their aprons and carefully use oven gloves as the baking trays and cakes were hot 😁. Some of our older children even took turns being waitresses, confidently taking orders for tea, coffee, and cakes from their friends.
Everyone had a wonderful time, with some children chatting about visiting cafés with their mummies and daddies and enjoying hot chocolates or milkshakes together 🥰
Over the coming months, our Home Corner will be transformed into a variety of role‑play experiences, supporting the children to explore, develop their language skills, learn new life skills, and most importantly… have lots of fun!
