Beginners Night has returned! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Amanda & Al took part in the ZigZag Cake run at Nene Park yesterday 8th Feb. Both runners had a great time taking advantage of the good weather and enjoying the cake after. 👍🫶

Ben's Yard Parkrun this morning inspired me to dig out my alternate 'Pink Floyd - The Division Bell' cover. I thought I had taken the Ely Cathedral photo from the original spot some years back until I found out otherwise this morning.

Now she'll probably kill me for posting this but I think Polly deserves a shout out of her own. Bawsey was a tough course and took its toll. After taking a tumble early on she finished bruised nd a little broken. She would also like to thank those who stopped to make sure she was ok and helped brush herself down.
We are an insane bunch but we make time to make sure we are all safe and well.

2 members of Ramsey Road Runner's (Louise Sutherill Pollard, Richard Stone ) completed the Marham Victory 80 10K on New Years eve.
You run a tarmac road inside the boundary of the base which is exactly 10k. It's a great race well organised and if you're lucky the F35s are home and you run right past them.
