🎶This week we held our Ingrams House Music competition!

It was a fantastic evening of music, with outstanding performances from soloists, groups and choirs. Pupils showcased their talent, dedication and hard work, making it a truly memorable event. Congratulations to everyone who took part, and special congratulations to our trophy winners!

Year 6 pupils were invited to our Senior School boarding houses to discover what boarding life is really like! 🏠

The evening was spent meeting current boarders, taking part in a variety of outdoor activities and enjoying supper together in the dining hall. For those who were were unable to attend, another taster evening will be offered next term, along with our house Open Days.

Last weekend, pupils in the school sailing team took part in the Cambridge Youth League hosted by Grafham Water Sailing Club.

Despite the challenging conditions, our sailors gave it their all and had a great time. Well done to everyone who took part and congratulations to Lucas R. for coming 4th place overall sailing his ILCA. ⛵️

🏃A fantastic day at the East Area Prep athletics event last week, featuring over 50 schools.

Congratulations to Greg H. who won Silver in the U14 Boys’ High Jump, and to Kitty K. who claimed Silver in both the 200m and 800m. Both pupils have now qualified to represent the school and the East region at the National Finals in Birmingham next month.

A huge well done to all pupils who competed and represented the school brilliantly.

Kimbolton School is seeking to appoint a dynamic Head of Estates & Operations to lead the day-to-day management of the school’s estates and support services. Our Year 3 pupils have been hard at work learning and preparing their poems.

From creative costumes to expressive actions, they brought their poetry to life and delivered brilliant performances in front of their peers and families. 🌟

On Saturday, our boarders were busy raising money for charity. White House girls hosted a delicious bake sale while Kim House boys were running a car wash! 🍰🚗

They were supporting their chosen charities: William Templeton Foundation for Young People’s Mental Health and Breast Cancer Now.

🎶🎻On Wednesday, our talented Music Scholars welcomed family and friends for a wonderful recital, showcasing their hard work, dedication, and musical talent.

It’s World Environment Day 🌍🌱

We’re delighted that the Curiosity Club have been nominated for the national finals of the Rotary Young Environmentalist Competition!

Last Saturday, pupils Henry D. and James A. delivered a short presentation of their project to the Rotary judges, after which they were awarded a certificate and a voucher in recognition of their work.

They spoke with confidence and passion, representing The Curiosity Club brilliantly.
