🌎🇬🇧 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS BOUND! 🇬🇧🌎

What an incredible achievement for Jake and Sol! 🤸🏼‍♂️💙

We’re so proud to share that Jake has been selected to represent Great Britain at the 54th Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Rotterdam, with Sol named as reserve! 🌟

This will be Jake’s fourth World Championships, and he’ll head to Rotterdam as the reigning World Floor Champion, having won gold on Floor in Jakarta in 2025. He also claimed World Vault gold in 2023, making this another huge World Championships opportunity for Jake. 🥇🔥

For Sol, being named reserve at his first World Championships as a senior is an incredible achievement and another milestone in what has been an outstanding first senior year. After becoming Senior British Vault Champion, winning World Cup Vault silver and adding European gold and bronze to his medal collection, this is another fantastic achievement to add to the list for 2026! 🔥

📍 Rotterdam, Netherlands | 17–25 October

The GB men begin their campaign with qualifications on Friday 17th October at 18:10 local Dutch time (17:10 GMT). The competition continues with the Men’s Team Final on the 20th of October, Men’s All-Around Final on the 22nd of October and Apparatus Finals on the 24th & 25th of October.

The Championships will also be the first opportunity for teams to qualify for the LA28 Olympic Games, making this an especially important competition for Great Britain. 🇺🇸

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated old leotards and gymnastics kit so far! 🙌🏼

We’ve had such an amazing response, and it’s been so lovely to see the rack filling up! 🥰 Even better, lots of the kit has already been sold, with 100% of the money raised going towards new equipment for the club. 🤸🏼‍♀️

We’d love to keep it going, so if you’ve got any outgrown or unwanted kit at home, please keep the donations coming! 🫶🏼

🎃 Halloween Activity Camp! 👻

Looking for something exciting to keep the kids entertained this half term? We’ve got three days of Halloween fun coming to Huntingdon Gymnastics Club! 🕷️🤸🏼‍♀️

Expect gymnastics activities, challenges, team games, Halloween crafts, spooky baking and lots more — with something new to look forward to each day and plenty of surprises along the way! 🎃🧁👻

And you don’t need to be a gymnast to join us - our camp is open to everyone! So bring a friend and come join the fun! 🧡

What a way to kick off our competition season! 🔥 An incredible day for our Women’s Artistic team, packed with podium finishes, ex*****on awards, huge routines and personal goals achieved! 🤸‍♂️ MAG SETWORKS QUALIFIERS 2026! 🤸‍♂️

A HUGE well done to our MAG Performance Boys who competed at the Regional Setworks Qualifiers in Ipswich this weekend! 💙

Every single gymnast gave it their all, showed incredible progress and did themselves and Huntingdon Gymnastics Club proud! 👏🔥

🥈 Declan – Silver all round in Pre Level 1 & highest High Bar score!

⭐ Alfie & Albie – fantastic Level 1 performances, with both boys showing great progress!

🥈 Cooper – Silver all round in Level 2, with the highest Floor score in his category!

⭐ Evan – a fantastic Level 2 performance, with the 2nd highest Floor score, successfully achieving his lift to handstand on Parallel Bars and making huge improvements on his control comp score!

🏅 Miles – 4th in Level 2 Paul Blakebrough with a clean competition and a brilliant High Bar performance!

⭐ George, Billy, Lucas, Angus & Teddy – brilliant Level 3 performances, with Teddy taking the highest Pommel score in his category!

🥈 Reuben – Silver all round in Level 4, with the highest scores on Parallel Bars & High Bar!

🥇 Aston – Level 5 Champion! 🏆 Taking the highest score on SIX pieces!

🥈 Edward – Silver all round in Level 5, with the highest scores on Rings, Parallel Bars & High Bar!

🏅 Samuel – 4th all round in Level 5!

🏆 Theodore – LEVEL 6 ALL ROUND CHAMPION! 🥇 Finishing his final year of Setworks in style with the highest score on Floor, Pommel, Rings, Parallel Bars, High Bar AND all round! 🤩🔥

From first Setworks competitions to huge personal improvements and championship performances, we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you! 💙
