The Woodland Rose Day Nursery

17/08/2026

3 and 4 years old and THRIVING 🌿🔨🦔

For our final School Readiness/Next Adventure project, our preschoolers were busy using hammers and nails to create their very own wooden hedgehogs! Building confidence, hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, concentration and learning how to use real tools safely and responsibly.

So proud of our kind, capable and confident little Foresters.🌳🌹

We have an outstanding team of ladies at The Woodland Rose and what a day to celebrate this achievement from our very own Katie.
An outstanding contribution to women’s local football and forever a positive role model to our little people - we are very proud to have her on our team 🌳🌹⚽️

Today marks ‘Nursery Practitioner day’.

We fully appreciate and love our team all year round but today is a day for that extra token of appreciation 💖 we are so lucky to have them and the unquestionable care, love and nurture they give to all our little people.

Over the year we receive some truly lovely feedback from our wonderful families and share this with our team whenever it comes.

I’m sure you will all agree with just how amazing they all are 🌳 🌹
