Another of my wonderful ex students, Nathan. A young man of great talent. I took him to his grade 8, now refining his techniques and harmonic understanding. Hope you enjoy this.

This is my arrangement of Autumn Leaves by Joseph Kosma. I really like this melody and coming up with this version. Hope you enjoy!

One of my ex students, Marin Valentin Wolf doing what he does best, Jazz piano. An improvisation fusing 2 pieces 'Girl from Ipanema by Carlos Jobim, and Wednesday's Girl by Bill Laurence. Marin, who comes from Switzerland was with me a couple of years back when studied at Abbey College 6th form on a student placement for 2 years and is one of the most pleasant young men I have had the pleasure to work with. He has just secured a place at Zurich Uni studying sound engineering and Jazz piano (at which I hope you can agree he is pretty cool!).

Inspiration: “Ready Wednesday” by Bill Laurance, “The Girl From Ipanema”, Gilberto Gil (drums: Hannes Wittwer)

I have closed the business for face to face teaching and offering video lessons as an alternative. I am totally humbled by the volume of take up of these. Thank you, you have no idea what that means to me.
