January ✅
2026 is officially up and running, and I’ve decided to bring back the monthly round-ups this year. I loved looking back on each month throughout 2025, so here we go again 👇🏼
January highlights kicked off with:
🚀 Amazing coaching feedback, member milestones & PBs.
🐶 Meeting the mascot, Ronnie.
🌧️ A wet and windy North Side.
🥇 Friday PB celebrations at West Gym.
🍽️ The x collab.
January is famously the longest month of the year, but moments like these made it a strong and memorable start to 2026.
I’m genuinely excited for what this year has in store — the opportunities ahead, the progression to come, and the potential of both our clients and the team I’m incredibly grateful to be part of.

My first full month at The Barn Gym is in the books. A month of pushing my own training, learning to love running again post-ACL, opening West Gym, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

Thank you Peterborough 🖤
For those who don’t already know, this Thursday marks my last day at this gym.
Over the past 14 months, we’ve shared countless memories, sessions, and plenty of sweat.
When I first joined, I was just a young coach eager to gain experience in group training — and my word, that’s exactly what I’ve had, and more. From day one, this incredible community welcomed me and my family like your own. You were patient while I found my feet, you pushed me, praised me, and yes…even swore at me after those savage sessions.
I’ve learned so much — about coaching, about the industry, and about myself — lessons I’ll carry with me for life. For that, I’m truly grateful.
Everything always happens for a reason.
As one door closes, another opens, and I’m excited to see where this next chapter leads and which new community I’ll have the privilege of impacting.
Peterborough, I’ve lived and loved every moment of coaching you all here. You’ve been amazing, and you’ll always be my gym family. This isn’t a goodbye — more of a “see you soon.”
Let’s make the most of these last three days together.
