Following on from the expansion and exciting re-design of our Leisure Facilities, including our Swimming Pool and brand new Sports Centre, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Kimbolton School as a full-time Leisure Assistant. The role of the Leisure Assistant will be to be responsible for helping ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all users and demonstrate a passion for working in Leisure.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Leisure Facilities team, and needs to have the ability to be flexible and adaptable in changing situations. You will need to have excellent organisational, interpersonal and customer service skills, be able to communicate well with other team members, and be happy to deal with customers both face-to-face, over the telephone and via email.
It is essential that the successful candidate holds a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and have previous employment as a lifeguard.
