Just a little reminder for everyone. My groups have been designed to encourage interaction between you and your little ones. I think it’s really lovely that a lot of you have made friends by attending my groups and of course my groups are also a social event for the parents/carers too. However during the 10-12 minutes of singing nursery rhymes which is led by me, I would really appreciate if you refrained from chatting to each other. I have had a few groups now where parents have been having a chat while I have been singing and this is very distracting.
Also very unfair on the other children/parents who wish to enjoy the singing and actions part of the session. There are plenty of opportunities to chat afterwards as the singing part is the only part really which I lead. I also encourage you to join in as much as you can, sing along and enjoy those special moments with your little ones and do the actions with them. Obviously I don’t expect silence😅 and appreciate you may chat to your child during the singing part but I just feel like this is something that I need to address going forward.

Thank you for your understanding❤️
