🐠🦀 Year 2 Starfish Class Visit to the Sea Life Centre! 🐢🌊

Last week, our Year 2 Starfish class had a fantastic day out at the Sea Life Centre! 🐟💙

The children had so much fun exploring the amazing underwater world and seeing lots of incredible sea creatures up close. They spotted everything from colourful fish to fascinating sharks and rays! 🦈

It was a brilliant opportunity for the children to bring their learning to life, discover new facts and enjoy a fun-filled day together. 🌊✨

A huge well done to our Starfish for being such wonderful representatives of our school! ⭐️🐚

Our events are exclusive to members.
We have lots planned in the lead up to Christmas 🎄

We support families of children with additional needs, disabilities and life limiting conditions. Our sessions create a safe and welcoming space for families to have fun, make friends and gain support.

Our Year 6 children had a fantastic morning recently when the Thorpe Woodlands Residential Team visited school to run a series of fun teamwork and problem‑solving activities. The children showed brilliant cooperation, resilience and enthusiasm throughout! ⭐

It was a great way to build confidence ahead of their upcoming residential, and we’re so proud of how well they represented our school. 🏫

OUR NEW OUTDOOR STRUCTURE
18th September 2026

Exactly a year to the date that the PTA heard this outside classroom needed a home following the closure of Brancaster school…. HB, HG and their deputies officially open the outside classroom along with builder and master craftsman, Darren Bowley.

Homeless from Sept 2025, then a change of ownership of the Brancaster land as Brancaster school was handed over to the Norwich Diocese, four HPS families, (please see the demolition team pictured), dismantled and rescued all but the wooden pillars and floor over the May bank holiday weekend….

Another stint from HPS parents to transport the wood from Brancaster to Hunstanton…. And then lovingly restored this summer holiday, ahead of the new school term.

With a £3k grant from Hunstanton Charity Shop and a fantastic community at Hunstanton Primary School who support the school through attending movie nights, discos and Freezy Fridays to name a few, we’ve been able to provide this fantastic facility for our children. Well done to everyone and thank you.

The PTA are very proud to hand it over to the school for all of the children to use and enjoy the outside space.
