We have a fantastic team of experienced Trainer Coaches delivering our tailored apprenticeships and alternative education options throughout England and Wales, and our excellence in training provision is recognised by Ofsted, wit
h a "Good" grade. Established in 1997 with the aim of supporting young people wishing to pursue a career within the equine industry, we have retained our unique identity as a specialist land-based training provider. We work closely with the British Grooms Association and the Equestrian Employers Association to ensure the best possible working standards for our equine learners and employers. We are also proud to be the preferred apprenticeship provider for British Showjumping and British Eventing, and to deliver our Sporting Excellence programme AESE (formerly known as AASE) in direct partnership with them. Our work in the animal care sector also continues to develop and thrive; we have recently expanded our animal care provision to include keeper and aquarist apprenticeships which are overseen by industry specialists. Our Business division supports a variety of companies ranging from equine employers and their staff, through to the NHS, developing their administration, leadership and customer service skills. In 2021 Haddon Training became part of the Educ8 Group enabling it to expand and grow further than ever before. We are dedicated to supporting our learners and employers to aim high, be inspired and achieve their aspirations in these incredible industries.
