Thank you for all my lovely gifts and all the kind words today and to all the families who have supported me over the years. Creative explorers has been running for five years. Creative Explorers was set up with my three and one year old in tow (below) as a creative playgroup to help my mental health and many other mums. It grew into a lovely (yet accidental) business. Previously I taught Art and Photography to 11-18 years which I loved and this group has shown me that teaching toddlers is very similar- same tantrums and fall outs 😂 I am now returning to teaching in EYFS years. I will be popping up in schools, libraries and nurseries with Creative Explorers and will have some pop up sessions in the future. But for now I would like to thank all you little ones who attended my groups… you helped me find my new career and made me smile each day. Xx 🎨

The Big Malarkey is in Hull this weekend and tickets are still available. My daughter enjoyed meeting Sue Hendra in East Park, the author of Supertato, Barry the fish with fish fingers, Keith the cat with the magic hat.. and many more books.
