Back to private lessons and straight back to work! 💙

Our dancers are already working hard, polishing their routines, building confidence and taking on corrections as we prepare for our next festival in September.

Lots of focus, determination and exciting progress happening in the studios — we can’t wait to see all their hard work come together on stage!

A full-on but brilliant day at HDA! 💙

We started with our Junior Troupe Day — lots of dancing, teamwork, hard work and plenty of fun together. We loved having the time to focus on their routines, build confidence and help them grow as a team.

Then it was straight into a full evening of ballet classes, from our younger dancers right through to our older students. Lots of focus, beautiful work and happy faces across the studios.

A very busy day, but we wouldn’t have it any other way! 🩰✨

✨ WE’RE BACK! ✨

It’s been so lovely welcoming everyone back to classes during the week — seeing our studios busy again and our dancers returning with lots of smiles and energy! 💙

Our full HDA timetable will be back from Saturday 5th September, and we can’t wait to have all our classes running again.

We’re looking forward to another wonderful term of dancing, learning, building confidence, making friends and creating special memories together.

We also have spaces available for new starters, with a free trial offered to every new student. Please message us for more information or to find the perfect class for your child.

☀️ Day Two of Summer Camp – Beach Party! 🏖️

What a brilliant day we all had! It was packed with dancing, beach-themed games, limbo fun, team activities and lots of creativity as everyone designed and decorated their own fabulous sunglasses. 😎

One of the loveliest parts of the day was seeing our older students helping and encouraging the younger children. They made sure everyone felt included, joined in and had someone by their side — exactly what our HDA family is all about. 💙

There were so many smiles, lots of laughter and some wonderful new friendships being made throughout the day. The photos really do show just how much fun everyone had from start to finish!

Thank you to all our dancers for bringing such fantastic energy to our Beach Party Day. 🏖️☀️

A little bit about our teacher for the morning.
Charlotte is a professional dancer and acrobat, recently completing her contracts on board Carnival Cruise Lines and Holland America Cruise Lines. Growing up, Charlotte trained intensively with Jessica Jones as a student, an assistant and assistant coach, and is now using all of her knowledge to coach independently. She specialises in teaching acrobatics, tumbling, specific acro body conditioning and flexibility, and loves sharing her knowledge and passion for technical acrobatics with the next generation in a positive and motivating way.

What a lovely way to round off the Robinson Summer Festival weekend.

Our Inter Troupe were invited back to perform Aladdin in the Adjudicators’ Choice at the Robinson Festival – a real honour and a wonderful recognition of their performance.

To be selected from so many fantastic routines is something to be incredibly proud of. Well done to every dancer for representing HDA so beautifully. ✨💙

A memory we’ll all treasure.

Yesterday was our final classes before we broke up for the summer.

As always, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful dancers and families for your support throughout another busy term. From classes and exams to performances and festivals, it’s been a term full of special moments, and we’re so proud of everything that’s been achieved.

We hope you all have a fantastic summer, enjoy making lots of wonderful memories, and take some well-earned time to relax.

We’ll look forward to welcoming everyone back to the studio on Tuesday 11th August, ready for another exciting term together.
