Today we celebrated Kirsty’s incredible 20‑year work anniversary — and amazingly, everyone in this photo has also reached their own 20‑year milestone. What a proud moment for our Portland House team.

We’re so grateful for this loyal, hardworking bunch who have stood together through four consecutive Ofsted Outstanding achievements. Their commitment is the heart of our nursery.

Our little scientists have been busy celebrating with hands‑on exploration and plenty of colourful discoveries.

This week we’ve been experimenting with magnets, watching objects attract and repel, creating bright rainbows through colour mixing, and peering through microscopes to spot tiny details we can’t see on our own. The children have shown so much curiosity and joy as they explore, experiment, and make sense of the world around them. 🌈🧲🔍

Celebrating diversity and inclusion!🌍✨

From multicultural books to exploring festivals like today’s Holi, Lunar New Year, Eid, Lent and Easter, we’re helping children learn about the many cultures that shape our world.
We’ve also been using stories and simple awareness activities to help children understand that diversity includes different abilities too.

We’re absolutely thrilled to share that our newly appointed Manager at Bradley House Nursery has officially achieved her Early Years Teacher Status!
This is a fantastic milestone that reflects her passion, dedication, and commitment to giving every child the very best start. We couldn’t be prouder to have her leading the team and inspiring our little learners every day.
