There's something about a new diary that I love. Apart from being a stationery nerd 😆, I get so excited by the possibilities of what might fill it.
I've experienced the summer lull recently and it was tempting to worry.
Then the work started to drip in for next year, prompting my new diary purchase.
I get there are digital options but I want to keep writing in my life as much possible.
There's something about pen on paper that helps the brain process thoughts.
I'm glancing ahead to 2027. Returning to my professional roots of health, equity and people, with a clarified business offer and new product. Watch this space 👀.
If your business experiences high staff turnover, absence rates or staff disengagement, drop me a ✉️ to be one of the first to trial my new product.
Looking forward to filling that diary with more exciting possibilities.

Monday lunchtime recipe for success ⭐️.
Of course it starts with the courage to get started.
So many things we can put off, waiting for the right time / right place / life stage. I see this with coaching clients often.
We could wait forever. In reality there will never be a right time.
Rather, can we Cultivate enough Courage to take that first tiny step? After the first step, the rest will be easier 😎.
What's the first tiny step you need to take to reach your goal? Can you do it today?
Drop me a ✉️ if you need help figuring it out.
Love the work of James Clear. Thank you!

Someone once shared they were surprised I got nervous before an important client meeting, "I thought you were all about courage". Someone else shared they were surprised that I had melted chocolate for breakfast today, "I thought you were all about health".
The truth is I am about courage and health. I am also about balance. Courage, health and balance are recurring themes in life and work for me.
This morning I attended a networking event at Ruddi’s By Ruddi’s Retreat. They provide respite breaks and care for families at the hardest moments of their lives.
What set this networking apart was not only the amazing cause but getting to make our very own chocolate bars AND eating melted chocolate for breakfast. It was after all 😊.
It made me reflect on the families Ruddi's support. The courage it takes for them to get through some of the toughest health challenges and keep smiling. I felt gratitude and humility ❤️.
Not only do Ruddi's do amazing work, they are fab at networking events too.
Lovely to catch up with some familiar faces and get to know some new ones too. I will definitely be back!

The British Grand Prix is a good reminder that performance isn’t just about speed 🏎.
It’s about mindset, clarity and the ability to make steady, intentional decisions under pressure.
Which is the same for workplaces.
Teams perform at their best when they have the mindset to pause, reset and respond rather than react.
Businesses that thrive notice the early signs of strain and make small adjustments before the engine overheats.
And organisations excel when wellbeing isn’t treated as a tick box exercise, but the way we do things.
Mindset is what helps people navigate the tough laps:
Staying focused when priorities shift.
Managing energy through busy periods.
Choosing sustainable pace over burnout.
You don’t need a racetrack to build this. You build it in everyday workplace habits: how you check in with yourself, how you support colleagues and how you recover after a demanding week.
As the Grand Prix wraps up, it’s a good moment to ask:
What mindset do we want to bring into the next lap of our working week and what would support it? 🏁
DM us with your priorities and challenges and let's get you back in poll position.

Just back from an incredible few days at Climb UK.
Always exciting to be aroung so many entrepreneurs, business leaders and funders.
Brilliant converations, inspiring workshops and great atmosphere 👏.
Not to mention the bookshop on a barge - Hold Fast Bookshop, which was nothing to do with Climb but loved it nonetheless ❤️.
