Mum of murdered boy to protest at Huddersfield MP's office Tracey McCafferty is campaigning for justice over the unsolved murder of son Joe

Brand new beautiful hand knitted jumper and hats loads of different colours, I’d say age between 1-2 & 2-3 for the jumpers and 6mths - 6yrs roughly for the hats. Kindly donated from kirkwood hospice as they can’t sell them as they don’t have tags xx FREE!!!

We are appealing to our wonderful communities to support our End of Life Team at Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust as we need a new supply of knitted hearts.

Each pair of knitted hearts are used to help support bereaved relatives through our End of Life bereavement services.
