This week we celebrated our 40th year. Not only has the playgroup been running for 40 years but also Lesley has been involved from the beginning. She started as a parent helper, then an assistant and then fought to keep the playgroup running when we could no longer use the school. She secured the use of the current building and has since that time been the Manager and always strived to provide the absolute best for all children who attend. Lottery funding bought the premises and it has changed immensely to be the excellent place it is today.

Wishing all of our families have got good news and have the schools they wanted on offer day.

We have just had a visit from the Easter Bunny, we saw him dancing around the garden. We went out to see him and sang him some of our favourite songs. We all got a little chocolate treat for being so good.

Today we are having a purple day and the children are planting lavender seeds in support of Epilepsy Awareness day. This is a cause very close to one of our families hearts.
