Resilient Soul Yoga Hi, I’m Liana, owner of Resilient Soul Yoga based in Goole.

29/09/2026

Thank you so much to the Parkinson’s UK Support Group for their incredibly generous donation of equipment for our new seated yoga sessions, starting at the end of this month. 💙

I’ve been working really hard behind the scenes to get this group up and running, creating a welcoming and supportive space for people with limited mobility, health conditions, or anyone who would benefit from a gentler way to move.

These sessions will focus on accessible movement, breathing, relaxation and connection — because yoga truly can be for every body.

I’m so grateful for the support helping make this possible, and I can’t wait to welcome everyone to our first session.

Absolutely made up!!! I’m so proud to share that I, Resilient Soul Yoga, have been selected as a finalist for the Best New Small Business Award.

This truly means so much. Getting my business up and running whilst also working a full-time job has been busy, challenging and, at times, a little overwhelming — but every moment has been worth it.

As a one-woman business, everything I do comes from a place of passion, care and a genuine belief that movement should be accessible to everyone. I believe people living with long-term health conditions, mobility challenges or other individual needs should have the opportunity to exercise in a way that feels safe, supportive and empowering.

Yoga and movement are not about being the most flexible in the room or doing everything perfectly. They are about finding what works for your body, building confidence, supporting your wellbeing and feeling part of a welcoming community.

Creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen, supported and able to move in their own way is at the heart of my business.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far — I honestly couldn’t do this without you all! 💙

I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to share that I’ll be taking part in the Great North Run 2027 to raise vital funds for Parkinson’s UK.

Parkinson’s affects so many people and families, and the charity provides essential support, funds research, and works towards better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.

Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference and help keep me motivated through every mile.

If you’re able to support me, I’d be so grateful. Thank you so much for your kindness and encouragement! 💙
