It’s important for children to express their emotions and feel comfortable to do so. We’re all feeling the struggles at the moment and so may our children .. Reading together can be a great way to start talking about our emotions and using “how are you feeling and why ?” questions.
It can also help teach kindness and empathy. “How might they feel?” “What could we do to help ?” ♥️
