Screen Time for Under 5's - What do we know?

The UK Government have announced a formal review into the impact of screen time on children under five. For those of us working in the Early Years, this is a timely and welcome development.

Although the result of the review will be interesting, we don’t need to wait for it before we can start a conversation around screen time. There is lots of information that is already available to us.

We are looking for someone to take on the role of 'House keeping' at Little Lambs kindergarten to support our team with the organisation and implementation of hygiene routines such as meal time clean up, laundry and sanitisation at our busiest times of day.

The hours would ideally be 2.5 hours per day, around 11.30am - 2pm. The successful candidate would be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and all Safer recruitment suitability checks; as well as training for the role.

There is potential for further hours, in other roles, such as bank hours, for early years practitioner roles and general maintenance and gardening for suitable candidates that would like more hours.

You do not need to have experience with working with children, but this would be preferable.
