South Coast Krav Maga Brighton & Hove

Being a proper teacher this week, passing on krav skills to the next gen at Varndean School.
I wander if I will be allowed to use the staff room...

4hr countdown, then we are back in action tonight.
Can't flippin wait...

In 12hrs time the first session at our new venue starts, and it's new beginnings for South Coast Krav Maga Brighton & Hove.

I am really looking forward to be up n running again and seeing you all smashing.

So, we have a start date and a new home for the club.

We will be back to training next Monday 21st February. Our new venue is BHASVIC, and we will be based in the Sports building off the Old Shoreham Road.

The club has a slightly later start time of 7.45pm, but we are still having a 90mins session every week.

I looking forwaed to seeing how we go at our new location, it's even easier to get too, nearer the centre of Hove/ Brighton and still on a bus route too.

So, dust off your fight gear and I look forward too seeing you all back to training and welcoming new members too.

Thanks to the fella upstairs tonight that we had a lovely evenings weather as we had to train outside.
The benefits of getting used to fighting in the dark and being slippery under foot are d**o skills to be trained.

A cracking session last night guys. Great sparring ended with a tough sparring drill.
A nice array of self defence skills practiced too.
