That's our first week back all done. It was fantastic being able to be in the same room and get the normal banter and laughs. Loved every minute 🎼🎵🎶🎹

First day back teaching in person and it was wonderful.
To be able to see the kids and chat, show them what I ACTUALLY mean and have our usual laughs was priceless.

If u are looking for piano lessons, I offer a fun way of learning in my own home. I also offer music theory lessons which can be incorporated in a piano lesson, or as a stand alone lesson.

Well, it's been a VERY odd few months, but we seem to have a little light at the end of the tunnel.
Some of you have kept on with online lessons, and I know its been difficult for everyone, including myself, working, home schooling and generally keeping things together.
Looking forward, I think having the kids back in my house would pose more problems than it solves... One being if I were to sanitise the piano after every lesson, I don't think it would last very long.
So I wondered, would it work for you if I came to you until we were in a more settled place?
I can wear a mask, ensure I'm completely sanitised and keep my distance from the pupils.
If it's not suitable, I'll completely understand and can deal with each family on their own conditions, but if it would work, I think it's the best way to get back to "proper" lessons.
If you could message me privately with your thoughts, I would be really grateful, and we can put a plan in place.
I will be on holiday from the 24th July for 7 days, but am available at all times other than that (only going to our holiday home in Kintyre, not the Seychelles!!!!!)
Thanks also for your ongoing support, it's meant a huge amount through a very difficult time for everyone...... Here's to getting back to normal and giving the kids the lessons they deserve ###x

Hi everyone, I hope we are all well.
I just wanted to get in touch to say that until advised otherwise, lessons will continue as normal.
But I would ask that if your child, or anyone close to them is feeling unwell, please don't send them as I'm also trying to keep my own family safe.
Noone will be charged for cancelled lessons.
I can assure you that the highest hygiene precautions are in place, and I will be asking each pupil to wash their hands before and after every lesson.

If you could let me know if you need to cancel that would be grwat and if not, see u all in the coming week ###

Every day is fab when I'm teaching, but the hard work and effort shown so far this week is just amazing.
Massive thanks to the kids for all their hard work and to their parents for encouraging and supporting them.... Can't wait for the rest of the week 😊😊😊😊😊

BIG NEWS.... We will be holding a Christmas Concert on December 15th at 2pm in the Carrick Centre in Houston, where the students will have the chance to perform a piece of their choice to all the mums, dad's, grans, grampas... Whoever would like to hear them!
Not only is this a great chance to show off what they have learnt, but we will be working on confidence building strategies and performance skills over the next few weeks.
Tickets will be £2 per adult and any profit after costs will be donated to Marie Currie Nurses and St Vincent's Hospice.
Look forward to seeing as many of you as possible there to support these wee superstars.
