THE MIC2HYPE PODCAST IS HERE!

So, what actually IS the Mic2Hype podcast?

It’s two business besties, a microphone, a LOT of chat and some very honest conversations about women, business, confidence and using your voice.

Mic2Hype was created because we wanted to give women a space to speak up, share their stories, celebrate their wins, talk about the things that don’t always go to plan and, most importantly, remind each other that we don’t have to do business alone.

And yes, there’s plenty of laughing, a few ridiculous moments and absolutely no taking ourselves too seriously!

In the podcast, Ruth and I chat about the highs, the challenges, the lessons, the people we meet and the stories behind the businesses.

I know that when I show up for the gym, I get to show up better for my little ones too. ❤️

It’s not just about getting fitter or losing weight. It’s about having the energy, the headspace and the confidence to give my best when I’m with my little tutorees.

Some days I really don’t feel like going… but I go anyway.

Because I know how much showing up matters and that’s something I want to teach my little ones too.

You don’t have to feel motivated every day. Sometimes you just have to turn up. 💪🏼

Gym done. Coffee next. Then it’s time for Literacy with Lorna. ☕️📚

I work with primary school children from P1–P7, helping them improve their literacy skills while building that all important confidence along the way.

My sessions are relaxed, fun and completely tailored to the little ones. No pressure, just lots of encouragement and plenty of “I CAN” moments. ❤️

Reading, phonics, spelling, comprehension and writing all covered.
