Jeni's Childminding, Bedfont

Well that was a hot week,the children coped much better than me !!

We had another great week,we have painted,visited various parks and completed lots of puzzles and played many versions of Dobble. Charlie set up the Buzz game and built bionicles with the older children ( revisiting his childhood)

Thankfully it will be cooler next week so we have some lovely trips planned.

Well we are back from our holiday in Bude relaxed and ready for Monday,cant wait to see all our little people.

It rained for two days in Bude which the locals said was needed,guessing not in London though ?(ive never been so happy to see rain)

We have had another amazing week,trips to parks and splashpads,games of stuck in the mud and football have all been enjoyed. We have painted,played top trumps and dobble,learnt card games and solved more jigsaws than i can count. The children as always have been an absolute credit to their parents and us,at the setting and out and about

Its now time for the team to enjoy some time off,i hope all our families have a lovely week on their respective holidays,Molly and i will see you all,ready for summer holidays part 2 on 10th......more fun to come.

Well we have had an amazing first week of summer holidays,trips to Bedfont Lakes,feltham park and today Churchfields recreation ground for the splashpad and playground were really enjoyed.

Tia made an animal collage with the children and some of the children had fun making potions.

And finally the setting is now proud to be one of the sponsors of the Sunbury Stingrays,we are looking forward to following their progress through the season,and some impromptu training sessions with our captain Daniel Elsey.

Well this week we have cheered on England,learning "sweet caroline" ,making our own football shirts....and have learnt the hard lesson that we dont always win....but its ok if we tried our best,we are super proud of the England team !!!

Today the children made jelly fish with Molly,not everyday the washing line has jellyfish drying....im sure the neighbours are used to us now.

Its also very near the end of term and some sad farewells have begun with two lovely families moving on to their next adventures.One young lady is off to high school after nine years with us,but she is ready to spread her wings and im sure she will achieve great things. Our other little lady is beginning nursery and im sure she will continue to thrive......i will be checking in and enjoying our meet ups.

Two more school days and summer fun begins

Its been a week of hats ,suncream and waterplay to keep everyone cool at the setting.

Today one of our mindees is 3,so very happy birthday to our wonderful Miss H Bobs. !!! I know mummy wanted sunshine but wow x

Well half term flew by,the children were as always amazing,despite the heat they all had a great week.
We had lots of water play,potion making which was great fun and smelled amazing and the older children finished the week with a golden oldie....BUZZ on the ps2.....the laughter was contagious.
I would like to thank Angela Cox for supporting us this week,the children loved you being here !!
