SEPTEMBER IS PMOS AWARENESS MONTH 💙
PMOS - formerly known as PCOS.
And this one matters to us.
PMOS affects women inside our HAUS. Our members. Our community. 🫶
Yet too many women are still waiting for answers. Managing symptoms that are dismissed, misunderstood or simply not talked about enough.
PMOS is a complex hormonal and metabolic condition that can affect people in different ways.
As a gym, we know movement isn’t a cure for PMOS.
But training can be a bloody useful tool. 💪
Building strength.
Supporting metabolic health.
Improving cardiovascular fitness. ❤️🩹
Moving in a way that works with your body.
And, importantly - remembering that exercise doesn’t have to be punishment.
You don’t need to destroy yourself with cardio. 🏃♀️❌
You don’t need to “earn” your food. 🍽️
You don’t need to train like anyone else.
Strength looks different on everybody. 🏋️♀️
This month, we’re shining a light on PMOS, women’s health and the importance of creating spaces where people feel supported, understood and strong. 💙
Because women’s health isn’t a side conversation.
IT MATTERS. 💙
If PMOS is part of your story, you’re not alone. 🫶
OUR HAUS. OUR PEOPLE. OUR SUPPORT. 🖤
Save it. Share it. Start the conversation. 👊
