It is with great sadness I post this, Des Regan has passed away, karate has lost one of the good guys, a gentleman with a true passion for what he did. I can honestly say no one ever had a bad word for Des and he never had a bad word for anyone. My thoughts are with his family at this sad time. RIP fella you will be missed.

So proud of our team 2 weeks ago at the Leeds competition. Every athlete showed incredible resilience, determination, and spirit, overcoming challenges and giving their best on the mats. The medals are great, but it’s the perseverance, teamwork, and positive attitude that make us most proud. Well done, everyone!
