We can provide Nursery Education and Childcare -
We offer paid childcare for children from birth. Free Early Education places are available for those families who meet the criteria. Children aged 3-4 can access 15 Hours Nursery Education free of charge or they may be eligible for 30 hours free nursery education. Parents may choose to pay for additional hours of childcare to extend their sessions
. Nursery Education sessions run term time only:
8.45 – 11.45 morning session
12.30 – 3.30 afternoon session
9am- 3pm for 30 hour children
Paid childcare is available from 7.30 – 6.00, Monday to Thursday and 7.30-5pm Fridays for 50 weeks of the year. We believe that:
• Children learn best through first hand experiences.
• Children learn best through play.
• Children are competent learners – they develop knowledge and understanding by interpreting their own experiences of the world around them. This means that:
• We offer a rich environment that stimulates and encourages spontaneous play.
• We value children’s play by observing it, joining in, talking about it, recording it, sharing it and evaluating it.
• We try to find out as much as we can about ways of learning and follow children's interests so that we can support and extend their learning.
