Our primary pupils had a fantastic time recently when Animal Guyz visited the school with their amazing wildlife experience!

Pupils were taken on a journey through habitats from around the world, meeting an orangutan, polar bear, lizard and pangolin along the way. The incredibly lifelike animals gave pupils the opportunity to learn more about different species, their habitats and the importance of protecting wildlife, without the need for animals to be kept in captivity.

After the show, pupils had the chance to meet the Animal Guyz team and see some of the animals up close. There were lots of questions, plenty of excitement and some brilliant conversations about wildlife and conservation.

A huge thank you to Animal Guyz for such a fun, engaging and memorable experience for our pupils! 💙🌍

We were excited to open our brand-new Upper Primary play area this September, and it’s already proving a fantastic addition to the school!

With plenty of space to climb, balance, explore and burn off some energy, the new area gives our pupils even more opportunities to enjoy being outdoors, get active and have fun together.

A brilliant new space for our Upper Primary pupils, and we think it looks pretty amazing too! 💙

When it's absolutely boiling outside, what's better than relaxing in a cool, air-conditioned classroom with a good book? There's nothing quite like escaping into a great story while staying comfortable and keeping your mind active. Beat the heat, turn the page, and let your imagination take you somewhere amazing!

One of our primary pupils has been spending some quality time with one of our much-loved donkeys this week.

From learning how to lead safely to building confidence and responsibility, there are so many valuable lessons to be found outside the classroom!

Sometimes the best lessons happen with hooves, long ears and a swishing tail!

⚽️🏆 SEN KS3 Football Tournament – 16th June 🏆⚽️

On 16th June, we had the pleasure of hosting the SEN Regional and National KS3 Football Tournament at Chelsea Football Club’s training ground in Cobham.

It was a fantastic day filled with teamwork, determination and plenty of great football. The experience of playing at such an iconic venue made it even more memorable for all the pupils who took part.

Although Muntham House didn’t take home the trophy this time, the team gave it their all and showed amazing spirit throughout the tournament. There’s always next year!

A huge well done to everyone involved and thank you to those who helped make the day such a success.

Our Post 16 pupils taking the Duke of Edinburgh at Gold level attended a spectacular week-long residential trip to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. During the trip, the pupils climbed Mount Toubkal, Morocco's highest mountain at 4,670 meters. It took the pupils 3 days to reach the summit of Mount Toubkal, before descending and spending some time and an overnight stay in Marrakech, before the trip home.

Throughout the trip, each of the pupils demonstrated resilience and perseverance to achieve this huge challenge. All the pupils also worked extremely well together as a team throughout the week, and I was impressed and proud of each pupil and of just how much they achieved. It was great to see what a positive impact this experience had on each pupil's self-confidence and self-esteem.

Having conquered Mount Toubkal and most of the criteria required for Gold level at DofE, this group will all go on to achieve Gold and attend a Celebration event at Buckingham Palace.
