October Half term..relaxed day of children being children while learning skills..

Another superb holiday camp..Great teamwork carrying longest pole in the woods so far, kids trying bananas and chocolate on fire for first time. Joined by 3 teenagers helping out and new potential staff member for Woods for Learning. Exciting times for future!

I am happy to share that Borde Hill has just been awarded a £2.25m grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund to make its ‘Reinventing Borde Hill’ project happen. Through Woods for Learning we can't wait to help develop the educational aspect of this with Borde Hill and other community partners over the coming years, to bring the Woodland and Parkland to children and future generations.
