We’ve been busy making some lovely improvements to our nursery garden and we wanted to show off our brand-new buddy bench.

Our Buddy Bench is a little space where our children can sit together, enjoy a quiet moment, share a story, have a chat or simply watch the fun happening around them. For our youngest children, it’s also a lovely spot for adults to support those early moments of connection and sharing.

We’re always looking for ways to make our nursery environment, outdoor learning space and garden welcoming, engaging and exciting for the children.

It’s amazing how small changes can make such a big difference and we’re loving seeing our children enjoy their improved garden.

Our brand-new Monkey Puzzle Spring/Summer Cookbook has arrived!

We're so excited to introduce our new seasonal menu, filled with delicious, freshly prepared meals that our talented nursery chefs will be serving the children.

Created in partnership with Laura Matthews, Specialist in Early Years Nutrition, every recipe has been carefully designed to provide balanced, nutritious meals that support children's growth, learning and wellbeing, while encouraging them to explore new flavours and ingredients.

From colourful breakfasts and wholesome lunches to tasty snacks, our new Spring/Summer menu is packed with dishes that make mealtimes both enjoyable and nourishing.

We're bringing the beach to nursery ☀️

Who says you need a trip to the seaside to enjoy a beach day? Our little explorers loved dipping their toes into the "sea" and experiencing the cool water. It was a simple but exciting sensory experience that sparked smiles, laughter and lots of curiosity.

Sensory activities like this help children explore the world around them, develop their language and communication skills 🏖️

When comes to visit, you know it's going to be a fun day 🎶

There was plenty of singing, dancing, laughter and smiles as our children enjoyed another brilliant session with Molly Moo Cow. These interactive music sessions provide a fun and engaging way to nurture confidence, encourage communication, develop coordination and movement, and strengthen social skills, all through the joy of music, singing and play.

Watching the children sing along, join in with the actions and have so much fun together is always one of the highlights of our week. We can't wait for the next visit.

On Friday, all of our Nursery Group sites came together for their Inset Day. It was a day filled with learning, connection and inspiration as we came together to reflect, share ideas and continue growing together.

A huge thank you to Alex Cross | Early Years Specialist | Parenting Support 0-5s | , who spoke about Circle of Security & Attachment, reminding us that:
“When we change the way we see behaviour, we change the way we respond to it.”

We also loved hearing from Alexandra Chiorando from Alexandra Chiorando, shared her expertise on all things Early Years Curriculum, leaving us with the powerful reminder: “You shape brain architecture in the early years.”

Alongside the inspiring talks, there were plenty of yummy treats, lots of networking, and a wonderful opportunity for our nursery settings to mingle, catch up and strengthen the relationships that make our community so special.

To round off a brilliant day, we even squeezed in a few games of bingo, with a special appearance from Marvin ✨
