Unbelievable results tonight at the girls football, everyone played their part in what was a thrilling end. Lots of goals, saves and smiles throughout. The C team finished 12th, B team 9th and A team 3rd overall with the A team only conceding one goal in the tournament😊💛💚
Also in assembly we celebrated our most recent TT rockstars, with Llamas finishing as overall school winners! Well done guys, keep up the great work.
‘It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…’ 🎶 We’ve had a very busy assembly this morning with the big switch on, carried out by the eldest and youngest children in the school!
Another arctic evening at the bridge for our netballers (thank you staff and parents for braving the weather!!)🥶
All three teams played some excellent stuff scoring plenty along the way. Huge well done to our A team who went unbeaten and topped the league! 😊💛💚
Some of our pupils had an amazing time at a performance of ‘Can Bears Ski?’ this morning - it was great fun & their manners were amazing!!
Year 4 children have had a very active morning taking part in team games at The Bridge. Lots of new skills learnt and fun had by all! 💚💛
Although it felt like ice hockey both our year 5/6 hockey teams played their hearts out this evening. Our B team didn’t concede a goal finishing 2nd overall whilst the A team finished 5th!😊💛💚

Not only is the Christmas Fayre tomorrow, it’s also our final donation day.
Infants - cakes and savoury goodies (cheese straws etc). Please no nuts, thank you!
Juniors - jolly jars. Please make sure the sweets are wrapped (again no nuts, thank you).
This afternoon we took 3 teams of year 4s and 6s to Millais to take part in the girls tag rugby festival. The girls took part in lots of exciting drills and then played some matches. The girls showed great progress learning some new skills! 😊💛💚
Well done to these fantastic year 3s who took part in a Badminton festival yesterday! They had great fun and developed their skills throughout the morning!😊💛💚
The cold conditions did not hinder our Girls tonight who played some excellent football! All of ours teams scored some great goals and worked incredibly hard for one another. The A team won all their games and the B and C picked up some valuable points!😊💛💚

Massive well done to our Netballers this evening. We had three teams playing some excellent fast paced netball! Our C team had a great win in their last game, the B team scored plenty with a couple of wins along the way and our A team went unbeaten in their 4 games!

Today the children enjoyed going to Westlake to share their musical talents and singing skills with the residents. Mr. Gilmore was very proud of everyone! 😀😀😀😀

Today Leechpool observed a two minute silence to remember members of the armed forces who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in the name of peace….

Year 6 had a visit from the Police on Friday about staying safe when out and about. The children were very engaged and showed that they would make good choices.
Do you have any Christmas jumpers that are too small? We would love to have them for our Christmas Jumper Stall at the Christmas Fayre.
Bring them into school in a good, clean condition before 20th November.
Jumpers will be on sale for £1 at the Fayre (24th November).

A goaltastic evening at Tanbridge for our fabulous girls! We had 3 teams in full flow tonight playing some excellent football! We can’t wait for the next fixtures, we also had a very special guest!!!😊💛💚
Thank you to the Royal British Legion for coming in to talk to us about Armistice and Remembrance day. It was so interesting to see all the equipment and the uniform that a soldier would have needed. It gave us a lot to think about and be thankful for.
School is open as normal - please take care on your journey in and please can children bring spare clothes in case they get wet on the way to school.
We will continue to monitor the situation.
An unbelievable evening at Tanbridge with our year 3/4 footballers. There was some very special football on show with some great goals scored! Our As and Bs finished 6th and 2nd in their respective leagues! Very proud of them all😊💛💚
