💪💪Does anyone fancy joining an exercise class where you can workout while kids play in the school holidays?💪💪

🙂🙂We have a friendly, experienced personal trainer (Alanna from Blue Coates) who is happy to run HIIT classes in a field in the Copsale area while your children can play within your sight.🤸‍♀️⛹️‍♂️

At the moment we are trying gauge interest - sessions could be 2 to 3 times weekly throughout the holidays for about 30 mins at £7 a session. £2 of which will go to raise funds for St Andrew's PTA.
