What a difference a day makes!!!!

ST JOHN’S CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL - is urgently raising funds to replace an ageing classroom hut that will be removed and replaced over the
summer. They still need to raise a substantial sum to fund a new modular classroom which is essential to school life. If you’re able to help, donations can still be made via the card machines at the back of the church or directly to:

Thanks to the kind support of the diocese and donations from families and the parish demolition of the old hut is underway. Just what the summer holidays are made for. Looking forward to our new outdoor classroom.

What a brilliant day! ⭐️St John’s REALLY does have a huge amount of talent. ⭐️From piano playing to poetry, artwork to dance groups, backflips and joke telling, ballet dancing to hobby horsing we have seen it all. Super organisation by the School Council.

What a wonderful weekend! A real reminder of the wonderful community we are part of. Representatives of St. John's Catholic Primary were at each Mass St John the Evangelist Catholic Church - Horsham and spoke to the parish about our urgent appeal for funds to replace our outdoor classroom. A space used for wrap around care from 7.30am until 6.00pm, counselling sessions, therapies such as OT, speech and language and physio, a lunchtime club for children that need more structure and support during breaks as well as space for music lessons and small group work. Our existing structure is 40 years old and now no longer fit for purpose. The second collection was for the building project, along with the tap machines at the back of Church. The kindness and generosity of the Parish is so appreciated. We look forward to letting our community know the total amount raised. Thank you to the children that supported the collections.

Reception enjoyed their first school trip to Goring Beach! The weather was perfect and the children had lots of fun paddling in the sea, making sandcastles and litter picking with litter pickers. There was even time for ice cream! Members of public commented on how good the children were and were impressed with their care for the environment. Lots of fun and memories made!'
