This week it was Monday for fun on the farm. The children loved all of the animals, had the giggled on the tea cups, enjoyed the merry go round, saw some new animals on the tractor ride and finished off our trip on the bouncy castle. Some very happy, well behaved, kind, caring and very tired children ❤️ helping children make memories is what it's all about.

Gruffalo granny was a hit, we enjoyed sharing the story together today and the children loved seeing characters form some of their other favourite books too. Now to plan some tuff trays and activities linked to the book 🩶

Our first week back after the holidays and what a busy week it was.

Monday - We had the alphabet pasta tray to learn our names. We took a trip to the pet shop to see some animals and buy some treats for Mabel and the children chose her a lovely new collar which they then wanted to test out straight way taking Mabel for a walk, the children then took the led with their own ideas and found some blackberries and had some running races. We had an afternoon teddy bear tea party and looking after the dollies.

Tuesday- Toddler group which we had lots of fun with the car racing track, dressing up and role play area we were so busy I forgot to take any photos.

Wednesday- Play and learn group the theme this week was the hungry caterpillar and heathly eating, we had the chance to try lots of fruit, we played a game of fruit bingo which B won.

Thursday- A trip to fisher farm, we had a catch up with some of the animals Rennie the horse was pleased to see us and come over to say hi. We all loved the glow barn and didn't want to leave.

We've had lots of fun enjoying being outside. Beach, parks, walks, woods, den building, castles, bus trips, sunflower maze, lots of water play.
The holidays have gone by in a flash.

As the school term comes to an end we also come to an end of an era. We say good bye to some children who have been here...

As the school term comes to an end we also come to an end of an era. We say good bye to some children who have been here for nearly 5 years and some who started when they were babies and will be heading to start big school.

These children have filled our house and hearts with so much joy and fun. It's been amazing watching you learn and grow (some now as tall as me 🙈) it's going to be very strange not having you here, I wish you all the best for your new chapters, go shine like the super stars you are. You will be missed.
