So sorry my fab glow squad - I've had to cancel tonight's class. 😔
I have a trapped nerve in my back and am in so much pain. Went to my osteopath yesterday and been to the chemist today for strong anti-inflammatories and pain killers as well as using ice and heat but I've tried running some tracks this afternoon and it's still too painful. Ever so sorry to let you down!

What did you think of the new Clubbercise gear I was wearing tonight? This is part of the new merch release, which is in memory of our fantastic choreographer, presenter and trainer Sonique, who we sadly lost last year.
