The time has come!! The party must come to and end 🥰. But boy has it been a good party 🙌🏼. After 24 years and 94 releases I’m ending my chapter with Les Mills UK Body Combat programme. 👊🏼. Even longer than 24 years ago Dan Cohen intrigued us to Body Combat and from that moment I was hooked!! It just took a while to find the right time and as I was in the driving seat as Fitness/Dryside Manager Bluecoat Sports Club I had the luxury of deciding and added Body Pump and shortly after, Body Combat, to our timetable. We’ve not looked back!! I am officially finishing classes on 24th September but next Sunday will be my last Sunday class at Bluecoats. 💙. Thank you to every one of you who has ever punched and kicked their way through an hour of sweat and banging tunes with me. A new opportunity has come my and I’m leaving Body Combat on an absolute high after all those years of energetic fun. Time to get the classics out for one more mix up!! 👊

New adventures begin tomorrow!! I have been very fortunate to be handed over some Pilates classes by my very good friend Barbara. We trained 25 years ago together and now she freeing up some time to travel and have more family time. She is well loved and will be missed lots so I have a lot to live up to. I’m very happy to be offering 3 classes at the Mannings Heath Village hall, a lovely venue and look forward to welcoming you along. Contact me for more info or if you have never done pilates, please contact me for details on beginners courses

Meet my coaches and who have created this amazing Body Transformation programme. ♥️. I had the opportunity to get them together and fire a few questions. Have a listen if you are dreaming of that body or life and feel it’s a little out of reach! It isn’t!
