Before and after - just one session!

Some of you may know Debbie who works at Pure Aesthetics. She is one of our fabulous Hairdressers. This job unfortunately involves long days of standing… which reduces circulation and can lead to accumulated fluid around the ankle and knee joints.

Debbie is going to introduce lymphatic drainage massage to her monthly maintenance routine, aiming to reduce the fluid kept around her joints. This in turn will allow her to continue to work as hard as she does… for even longer - with lighter legs and less pain!
