🌟 FAB FRIDAY! 🌟

What a wonderful, but very busy start to the new term we’ve had at Wellies!

We’ve welcomed lots of new children and families through our doors this week, and we couldn’t be prouder of how brilliantly the children have coped. Starting nursery, moving rooms or returning after a break can feel like a very big adventure, but they have been absolute superstars. 💜

A huge thank you must also go to our incredible Wellies team. Settling so many children takes endless patience, reassurance, cuddles, distraction, teamwork and sometimes more than one rendition of The Wheels on the Bus! You have all worked exceptionally hard to help every child feel safe, happy and welcome.

To our new families: thank you for trusting us with your precious little people. We’re delighted to welcome you to the Wellies family and can’t wait for all the fun, friendships and adventures ahead. 💜

💜 Fab Friday – A Very Special Farewell 💜

Today marks the end of a beautiful chapter as we say goodbye to the last of our school leavers who stayed with us throughout the summer. Next week, they’ll begin their exciting new adventure at big school! 🎓

To every family who chose Wellies to care for your little one: thank you. Thank you for trusting us, welcoming us into your lives and giving us the enormous privilege of watching your children learn, no and flourish.

Saying goodbye never gets any easier. We’re incredibly proud of you and so excited for everything that lies ahead. Although we’d happily keep you with us forever, it’s time to let you fly. 💜

We wish every one of our wonderful school leavers all the happiness and success in the world. Please send us a photograph in your school uniform—we truly can’t wait to see you!

A busy school day deserves a proper tea! 🍽️

Children staying at Boot Camp until 6pm are served a hot meal at 5pm included in the price.

After-school care until 6pm is just £13 per session, with fully qualified staff and places available for children of Primary School age.

After school, children have all this room to play, create, relax and spend time with friends—cared for by fully qualified staff at a ratio of just 1:8.

Collected from Horncastle Primary School:

💜 Wellies Fab Friday 💜

Look how creative we’ve been.

Our children have been exploring dinosaurs using natural treasures and magnifying glasses, creating patterns and pictures with pinecones and wooden pieces, and making beautiful framed artwork using sticks and twine.

So much investigating, designing, arranging and imaginative play, all led by the children’s own ideas and curiosity.

We’ve had a fabulous week at Wellies. Have a wonderful weekend, we’ll do it all again next week! 💜

After School at wellies Boot Camp 💜
Have you seen how much space we have?

Our after-school and school-holiday provision gives primary school aged children an enormous, warm and homely space in which to play, create, relax and spend time with friends.

There are sofas for children who need to flop after school, plenty of room for games, construction and creative activities and the freedom to choose what they feel like doing.

Our children are cared for by fully qualified staff at a ratio of one adult to every eight children.

We collect children from Horncastle Primary School and bring them safely back to Wellies in a coach.

After-school prices:

• Until 5pm: £9.25
• Until 6pm: £13, including a hot tea served at 5pm

💜 We’ve used a lot of suncream and we’ve all been a bit sweaty but it’s all good fun.
