The painstaking work to restore the forward fuselage of our BAC 1-11 (G-AVMO) has begun.

Our dedicated team of volunteers have a very long list of jobs ahead of them to create a unique visitor experience which we're really excited about.

The team has been hard at work again on both our Buccaneer and Sea Prince.

It's cosmetic work at the moment - the Buccaneer has had a large portion of the forward starboard engine nacelle stripped back, and primer applied. The good news is that all metal work so far is in really good condition.

The Sea Prince had a further section of the port side of the nose paint stripped and then primer was applied.

Thanks to everyone for battling through the very hot conditions!

It's Armed Forces Day today. We're all taking a moment to say thank you to everyone who is currently serving and, who has served - including some of our very own volunteers, of whom we are immensely proud.
